I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time drinking the recommended amount of water each day. We all know that dehydration causes a multitude of problems – weakness, dizziness, fatigue, sluggishness, inability to sweat, and more. If these things can be fixed by simply drinking more water, we’re crazy not to be drinking it, right???
I’ve found that I drink more water, quicker when it is infused with citrus and herbs. I can’t get enough! Here are a few of my favorite infusions…
Gently muddle the herbs, squeeze in the citrus or fruit before you add in the water. Let it infuse for a few minutes, pour over ice and enjoy!
