Dawning Atlantic (a poem)

Darkness. Silence. Calm.
Just sleep, the sea and the sun’s light slowly coloring the dim horizon; soft shades blooming across the waiting sky.
Heavy eyes bid farewell to the fading night to witness the birth of a new day.
Anticipation. Fascination. Dawn.
Rise, sun, rise.

  1. I love it, just beautiful. Makes me miss sunrise at the beach. I’ve only done it once but it was worth it. I hope you are well…
